Testimonials

We understand your needs, we live here too.
KIN fibre allowed my digital services business to operate within the larger market of Canada by being competitive or better than the services in big cities, and I have found it to be reliable and approachable in a way that no other service provider has matched.

The Kaslo infoNet Society Fibre-optic broadband Internet service has been a huge upgrade to the reliability and usability of our Internet connection. The former wireless Internet connection had latency and dropped packet issues, making web meetings (Cisco's WebEx) and VoIP unreliable, video conferencing out of the question, and often requiring me to just phone into meetings on my cell phone. The Fibre Internet connection has worked flawlessly since it was installed, and now even videoconferencing is a reliable option.

I would like to express my thanks to Kaslo infoNet for making my life a lot easier with the installation of fibre-optic internet access. The speed is amazing and the service absolutely solid – it allows me to do my business from home without slow downs I experienced with a commercial carrier that kept promising a fast internet access for the past few years without delivering. It was a serious problem for me as I have a few devices constantly updating so my email and web access were painfully slow. It was negatively affecting my productivity as I do a lot of business over the internet. Thank you also for the fast and clean installation – your staff deserves a huge pat on the back

We are grateful to have broadband in our community at an accessible rate! KiN has provided excellent service and has allowed multiple business and freelance workers to thrive in Kaslo. I also appreciate the fact that we have had over 10 people provided with work at a fair wage. This society is a driver in our community and we are grateful to have it!

Kaslo InfoNet (KiN) broadband provides a solid foundation for businesses and residents within its service area. For our community, KiN provides a broadband service that is cost-effective and promotes job creation, efficiency, and greater savings throughout Kaslo and Area. Broadband internet is a smart investment. It brings in revenue to the community and keeps it from leaking out. Money that flows within the community, not to telecom offices in large centers, is crucial to a sustainable local economy. It is true to our Community's theme of ‘Choosing Local”! KiN Community broadband is an instigator for civic engagement. It can lay the foundation for local residents, governments, and organizations to come together, attract new businesses, and keep young people in the community.

We are over the moon with our new fibre wifi (who says nothing is free). We can now watch Netflix in High Definition and don't have to wait for Christmas for it to load. The download speed is to die for! And the cherry on top was the phenomenal service provided by the installers. Kaslo Infonet Rocks! Courteous, helpful and efficient! Happily bingeing on Netflix in Fletcher Creek!
